So the location is good , the staff pleasant and the place is clean, but I feel that this is a work in progress and it did not live up to other reviews. Not much interest in a vandalised cycle either..."it has never happened before" they said. Well it has happened now.

We regret to read that you've been disappointed with your stay.
Glad that you appreciated our location close to Colmar center and the cleanliness of our hotel.
About the wifi, unfortunately technical problems can happen like at home...Our job is to make our best to fix it as soon as possible.That's why wifi was back the second day.
Our bar is just near the breakfast room, our front desk staff is always happy to help.
Our cycle storage is secured and closed. We are sorry that you've had a bad surprise to find your tire deflated but maybe it's a little strong to call it "vandalism".
To avoid that kind of thing in the future, we will put cycle pump at disposal for the guests.
We already talked when you were there, and we really hope you will give us a chance to show you what our guests are fond of.

- Chose this as I wanted somewhere inexpensive to spend a stop over night as close to the centre as possible to explore Colmar (10 min walk). Very high quality rooms and decor but most importantly a very warm and helpful welcome from the receptionist. We had breakfast there too and overall I could not have been happier with the service.
