Opened at the end of 2009, Hotel Kyriad Guéret has been awarded the European Ecology Label. We offer 56 rooms and an underground parking lot open 24 hours a day. The hotel is in an ideal location from which you can Limousin tour the region. The hotel is close to tourist destinations such as: Vulcania, Futuroscope, Le Puy du Fou. Located between highways A20 and A71, our 4-star Hotel Kyriad Guéret is easily accessible from exit 48 off highway N145, or from the TGV (La Souterraine train station is 20 minutes away by car).

You will be just a mile from the city center and Guéret SNCF train station, and 5 minutes from the Loups de Chabrières Park. Take advantage of your stay to get some fresh air while discovering the Giant Labyrinthe. Our hotel also has the "Tourism and Handicap" label, with 3 specially adapted rooms for people with reduced mobility. Our hotel has a meeting room with a capacity of 50 people in theater mode. It is equipped with video projector, HF microphone and flipchart. A terrace can also be made available. If you get hungry, Hotel Kyriad Guéret offers Snack Bags: 3 kinds of pasta boxes with yogurt and a drink, that you can enjoy at the bar or directly in your room.

You'll be charmed by our 56 spacious rooms with their refined style, they are especially equipped for your greatest comfort: large beds (63 in. x 79 in.), a 26 in. flat-screen TV with TNT channels, a large desk where you can get your work done and a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. A courtesy tray with coffee and tea will be offered upon your arrival, and you'll have free Wi-Fi access in every room. If need be, we also offer 6 family rooms and 3 rooms that are specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Stayed overnight. The emphasis in this modern and well-positioned hotel is on 'large': big room, king-size bed, big shower and bathroom and all very comfortable too. There is a gated carpark. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there is one (see separate review) in the Campanile hotel just across the road. The Kyriad tokens for a complimentary glass of wine each in the restaurant were much appreciated.
The hotel is situated in a large, commercial estate on the edge of town and good restaurants in the immediate vicinity are very thin on the ground, although there is a Buffalo Grill (not tried ) less than 5 minutes walk away through the tunnel under the elevated expressway.
Altogether a good hotel experience and we shall certainly be staying here again.

Like others said, it's clean and simple and comfortable for the price, about €60. I had a car but even if you don't, there is a big supermarket within a few min walking distance so you can get some snacks as hotel has only ready-to-microwave pasta for €8!! Breakfast was €10 for bread, yogurt (no egg), some cheese/cold meats and cereals (müslie) and coffee (from machine). Compared to other full buffet breakfast in Germany, UK or other EU, this was overpriced. Dryer was hard to use.. It's a hotel you can just sleep in clean bed and take a shower.

Restaurant is across the road, "Le Restaurant". Breakfast is in the hotel, with everything that one could ask for.
For those coming by car, service station is very close.
