It is fully renovated, and the rooms are in very goos state, it is a pitty that the lobby stinks

- Stopped off at the Kyriad Futuroscope due to its proximity to the A10 motorway heading south. Great, nice & handy, easy check in, staff were ok. The hotel was modern (soul less) The bed had a bunk above it which was a bit awkward & the room was really just a box with no Jules Verne theme which may be a complaint to families with children. As we had arrived late afternoon we went for a walk looking for an eatery.
The area is full of similar such modern box hotels with no eateries of description to find, in fact a bit of a ghost area as we saw no one else on foot. We finally settled on eating at another close by hotel which did have an open restaurant. Unfortunately the food there was not good but that's another story. Regarding food, breakfast was chaotic due to a party of French school children. There was plenty to choose from but the food is more suited to children's tastes.
After we left we did find various food outlets about a kilometre away but there was no signage informing us. So if you choose this area to stay in, get in your car & drive to the fast food outlets as hotel food is not of a good standard.

Felt very safe and we had a great nights sleep the beds were comfortable and clean. We paid extra for The breakfast and it was lovely---our two youngest children got breaksfast for free which was brilliant. We really look forward to staying again-the children loved the rocket themed bunk beds.

- The hotel was not at all what was advertised. First the room my son’s family was given was not what I had paid for (ie not a familky room but a tiny room not big enough for them). The alternatiuve offered was not much bigger and they were woken by building works at 7am without any prior wraning. Finally, the “theming” of the hotel (which I had specifically chosen for my grandchildren) was appallin, consisting of one piece of peeluing wallpaper.

- Stayed in this hotel with family, it was reasonably clean and the room was ok. In the room we had 3 pillows that were fine, however the 4th pillow (for my 17 year old daughter) was ridiculously bumpy, small and was like putting your head on a bag of potatoes (see picture). We asked the staff at the desk for another pillow after showing them the one we were originally given, and were told this huge hotel didn't have any other pillows and the best ones were in the room. The staff didn't apologise and were extremely rude. Had to sleep on a rolled up jumper and after emailing the hotel we have still been given no apology or explanation. You would expect when paying for a hotel that would include a decent pillow to sleep on, but no. If you like talking to rude staff and sleeping on lumpy potatoes this is the hotel for you.
