Our 3-star Hotel Kyriad Poitiers-Sud is a pleasant and friendly establishment. Our 52 rooms were renovated in 2010 and include high-end bedding for a comfortable, quality stay. Our hotel-restaurant is ideal for your trips to Poitiers. We are located near all the town's attractions and we are very easy to access (near the train station (2-and-a-half miles away, the airport (5 minutes away), highway A10 and highway N10).
You will be just a stone's throw from the historic center of Poitiers, just under 2 miles from downtown and only 9 miles from Futuroscope! Near the hotel, you will also find:

- Basic hotel, good for at most one overnight. Friendly staff. Room very tiny, mattresses tiny too and without any support, bathroom ok, but without any place to put your stuff....

- The bathroom had excellent facilities for my wife who is disabled but the bedroom was far to small to get a wheelchair in and the bathroom door hit the bed....

When asked to have the room cleaned I was told that I had to pay another 50 euros.

We're sorry about this situation but the person who made the reservation didn't told us that it was going to be deferents people each days and that they were leaving during the afternoon.
The rooms were done by our staff in the morning.
So if we weren't aware of this, we couldn't have done it, i'm sure you can understand that and it's not at 9 p.m with our restaurant open to customers that we can have time to do your rooms.
Also this wasn't even negotiated with us during the reservation, so we're not responsible for any of this doing.
