Located north of Dijon in the heart of Valmy Park, a strategic area that includes a large number of tertiary activities with regional and national influence, a health center, and a restaurant, our hotel is easily accessible by highways A6, A31, A38, A39 and the East beltroad. Our hotel offers a modern, warm environment in order to take advantage of all the Ducs de Bourgogne capital has to offer. Built in 2013, our rooms and common areas provide all the modern comforts you can expect from a recently constructed hotel. Our hotel is close to the tramway, so you can reach the Dijon Zénith or the Toison d’Or shopping center (120 stores) in 5 minutes. Go back in time by taking the path of the owl, climbing the Philippe le Bon Tower or simply sitting at one of the Place François Rude terraces. Sports lovers will enjoy the Dijon Prenois race track where they can attend any of the numerous automobile races or take a race car driving course, unless they prefer a calmer activity such as golf over the roar of car engines, in which case they can go to the Jacques Lafitte golf course instead.

The hotel is ideal low cost stopover, secure parking out of town centre, yet a simple tram ride in. We had an excellent afternoon and evening in a city which seems to have missed most of the destruction of C20th wars. A gem of a place.
Hotel was clean local restaurants offered food if you did not want to go into the city and the breakfast was very good, even if they did have to keep refilling the dishes!

- Modern, clean, easy to find and with secure parking , this was the perfect overnight stop from the UK to the Alps. If you want picturesque Dijon setting, this is not for you, but couldn’t fault it for one night stop not far off the motorway . Staff were friendly and couple of nice family restaurants across the road, which made life simple to eat in the evening . We paid extra for the buffet breakfast, which was good and set us on our way .

- We used this hotel as a stopover on our way home from the South of France. It was easy to find, just off the motorway. The staff were friendly. The room had everything you needed. There were quite a few restaurants in the surrounding area if you want to eat. The only draw back was the noise from other rooms. The sound proofing is not great and if other guests have to leave early you don't have much chance of sleeping through their leaving.

- We used this modern hotel for overnight stops on our way to and from the Italian Riviera. We found it very good and spotless. The rooms are large with all you need including tea and coffee facilities, there is free wi/fi, the large screen tv did not have any British channels that I could find. Behind reception is a small bar (hotel prices) and a seating area. The breakfast was good with hot food (egg, bacon and sausage) as well as the usual continental. The only downside for us was where it is, in a retail/industrial park, but there is a Macdonalds, another fast food restaurant and a French Grill restaurant a few minutes walk away. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly (they spoke better English than my schoolboy French). Overall very good.
