We were shown 3 rooms, the first had water bucketing through the ceiling, so I asked to move. The second had a broken shower head, so once again was moved. The 3rd has an aircon that didn't blow any air, just made a loud noise, so we refused to stay.
The Manager Sylvie agreed to cancel our booking to get us to leave the hotel, though 2 weeks after chasing her for the refund, denies this and is refusing the refund. We are taking this further with fair trading as it is not acceptable.
You have been warned.

- Found this fine hotel right in the center of town for a moderate price. Clean rooms, helpful staff, parking, lift and wifi. Just off the street of restaurants and close to many shops. Reims could be expensive but this spot filled the bill for us. Close to the highway for day trips.

Breakfast was a broad range of standard French fare - a choice of fruit juices and fruit, yogurt, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, jams good bread, and machine made coffee and tea.
Bedroom had air conditioning, a plus in the warm temperatures of our stay.
Excellent value for money - perhaps overall a little lacking in personal service but the receptionists and breakfast room staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful.
Parking at the hotel was limited, but plenty nearby in public parking places.
Only negative was the low noise insulation in the rooms - but at this price, what do you expect? Recommended for a low budget stay in the centre of Reims ( by the way, an excellent city).

I strongly recommend not to book over there. None of my employees will be allowed to book this hotel for sure but any Kyriad.

The breakfast was poor, even the coffe looked like tea water. Water/ juice was warm
Will never stay at a Kyriad hotel again.
